All UK orders are dispatched 2nd class Signed for and 1st class Signed for  as this will require a signature on delivery.

If your order is urgent we recommend you select Special Delivery. It will then be dispatched the following day and will be tracked from our door to yours. Royal Mail will also ensure delivery by 1pm the day after – with weekend and Bank Holiday exclusions.

All other WORLDWIDE orders will be sent via Royal Mail Regular airmail(10-25 business days) and Royal mail International Tracked Delivery(7-12 business days). Although this is a more expensive option it is the most secure, and it means that you will be sent a tracking number and will be able to follow the progress of your order.

Please be aware that now the UK has left the EU, anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and VAT duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control.
