Returns & Exchanges Policy
MedysHandmade jewellery is handmade, therefore each piece is unique, with a character and finish that is different to machine-made jewellery.
I wish that all customers to be happy with their jewellery. If you have any problems, please contact me on receipt of your item, with a photograph.
We accept returns and exchanges on certain items, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn, or damaged and has not been tailor-made, customised or personalised.
Please contact us before returning the item. We will not refund items which are returned without contacting us first. Once contacting us, after a return is agreed, please dispatch the item to us within one week.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and for any customs charges incurred by sending an item back.
Unless the item is faulty, we will only refund the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of shipping the item to the customer.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on:
-necklaces made to a specific length;
- rings which are made to order to a specified ring size;
- earrings - for hygiene reasons;
- customised or custom-made items - including bridal jewellery, which is made to order and customised to the length and specifications of the customer,
- personalised items.
Cancellations:
If you place an order then change your mind, please let us know within 12 hours of placing the order, otherwise we will not be able to cancel your order, as I started working on it.
Broken Chains
In the rare event of a broken chain, we will offer a replacement up to three months from the date of purchase. Please include a photograph of the broken chain in your email.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to:

select the correct length for bracelets and necklaces

select the correct size for rings

to leave us the correct spelling for name necklaces

to put the correct address on your order.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges upon receipt of the order.
